Devastating Effects of Chinese Drywall Grows

The problems faced by Florida homeowners whose homes were built between 2004 and 2006 continue to grow due to the devastating effects of imported Chinese drywall.  This drywall, which contains high amounts of sulfur, can cause damage to the home and its electrical and appliance systems.

If you have any of the following problems with your recently built home, you may have Chinese drywall installed:
  • Corroded wiring or wiring that has turned black
  • Silver jewelry that has turned black
  • Piping that needs to be replaced or that has turned black
  • Electrical problems
  • Air-conditioning problems
  • Bad odor (rotten egg smell) in home or office
